In 1996, while Director of the Naval Leader Training Unit, I came to intricately understand the significance of enabling learning capacity to optimize operational engagement and results. At that time, military flying and command had been my prevailing passions and focus. Leader development opened a door for me to apply all I had learned and experienced from the high intensity of performing military operations and logistics support; transforming those learnings to evolving leaders for the complexity of the unfolding world. The passion I had for pushing the envelope of technology as a Test Pilot came with me and transformed itself into the passion for pushing the envelope of human spirit and capability. It has been exciting to leverage this experience and passion to help leaders grow their confidence in volatile, complex, uncertain and chaotic environments to push forward to results that astound, inspire and propel the journey forward in an unfolding story of “EDGE.” 

The last several years, have emerged into helping organizations with Adoption with cultural transformational needs particular to building the bridges between human interface and digital transformation. This is an especially volatile environment that is essential for corporations to remain competitive and capture the leading edge of business markets. 

Linda has been the Lead Coach for large scale coaching initiatives engaging with CEO to the front line supervisers. She has appreciated this range of coaching as it has given her the capacity to provide insights and examples to every level of leadership on how other levels may need or want to experience their leadership. Accordingly, one of her strengths is enabling leaders, teams and organizations to connect the dots from strategy to action and to become increasingly more decisive at doing the rightest things at the rightest times.
